Three mandatory requirements must be completed by all adults participating in youth soccer programs in order to obtain an Adult Participation Pass. All requirements are linked through Got Sport accounts.

Safe Sport certificates expire May 31 every year

CDC HEADS UP CONCUSSION AWARENESS CERTIFICATE
CDC Heads Up only needs to be taken once
